Osved\u010denie o ruskom lietadle vydala Feder\u00e1lna agent\u00fara pre leteck\u00fa dopravu (Rosaviatsia). <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> V r\u00e1mci pr\u00e1c na valid\u00e1cii typov\u00e9ho osved\u010denia vydan\u00e9ho zahrani\u010dn\u00fdmi leteck\u00fdmi \u00faradmi sa hlavn\u00e1 pozornos\u0165 venuje kontrole t\u00fdch bodov \u0161tandardov letovej sp\u00f4sobilosti, pre ktor\u00e9 existuj\u00fa rozdiely medzi dom\u00e1cimi a zahrani\u010dn\u00fdmi po\u017eiadavkami.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> V tomto projekte boli \u0161pecialisti TsAGI zodpovedn\u00ed za kontrolu s\u00faladu kon\u0161trukcie lietadla s po\u017eiadavkami \u010dasti 23 leteck\u00fdch predpisov \u201eNormy letovej sp\u00f4sobilosti civiln\u00fdch \u013eahk\u00fdch lietadiel\u201c (AP-23), pokia\u013e ide o pou\u017eit\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, statick\u00fa pevnos\u0165, zdroje a slu\u017eby \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \u201ePostup valid\u00e1cie sa spravidla sklad\u00e1 z dvoch et\u00e1p. V prvej etape sa obozn\u00e1mime s typick\u00fdm dizajnom a vypracujeme zoznam technick\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov projektu. Potom sa na z\u00e1klade v\u00fdvoj\u00e1ra lietadiel uskuto\u010dn\u00ed rad technick\u00fdch stretnut\u00ed, na z\u00e1klade v\u00fdsledkov ktor\u00fdch t\u00edm odborn\u00edkov &#8211; aud\u00edtorov zist\u00ed zhodu kon\u0161trukcie s po\u017eiadavkami rusk\u00fdch \u0161tandardov letovej sp\u00f4sobilosti, &#8211; uviedol \u00faraduj\u00faci riadite\u013e.
